Event Details

This certification program is designed for lead workers in the state of Maryland. The course covers lead-based paint regulations and methodologies. Current abatement issues affecting the worker are presented. A Maryland certificate and photo identification cards are provided for each student upon successful completion of the course.

Day ONE Location: Enoch Pratt Free Library, Southeast Anchor Branch

Day TWO Location: Aerosol Monitoring and Analysis training facility at 1331 Ashton Road, Hanover, MD

BCHD Lead Safety Training Institute



Under a grant from the EPA, provide free lead safe work practices training to Baltimore City property owners and residents.

1-hr and 2-hr overview training is available, and more formal 8-hr and 2-day EPA approved training is available.

Register here for individuals and small groups. Groups of 10 or more can host their own training sessions.
